A brother of murdered INLA leader, Gino Gallagher, has again been remanded in custody, on a murder charge, until July 31st by a special court sitting at the Maze Prison. Mr Brendan Patrick Gallagher (30), from Carrigart Avenue, west Belfast, has denied murdering Mr Dessie McCleery at the Chicago Pizza Pie Factory, off the Dublin Road, Belfast, on May 25th. He is also charged with having a revolver and ammunition.
