A St Patrick's Day dispute erupted in Armagh yesterday when the secretary of the local parade committee criticised the administrators of the Peace and Reconciliation Fund for failing to provide funding to enable them to stage a parade this year.
Mr Malachy Toal also criticised the local Church of Ireland leadership who, he said, had held an afternoon service in previous years when parades took place and had objected to the event being held which. clashed with the ceremonies.
