The Irish Countrywomen's Association (ICA) is to receive £144,000 from the International Fund for Ireland to help build six new self catering accommodation units - including facilities for the disabled - at An Grianan, Termonfeckin, Co Louth, the ICA's residential adult education college.

The units will be built to cater for members of both the ICA and of the Women's Institute in Northern Ireland, who attend training courses at the college.
