Dublin Port's freight throughput in the year to the end of February was 12.45 million tonnes, a statement said yesterday. The previous highest total for any Irish port was 9.5 million tonnes, which was achieved by Dublin in 1994. It expects to handle 13.3 million tonnes by the end of 1996.
