Paris - France promised yesterday to bring a young Algerian to justice after he confessed in a shocking Le Figaro magazine interview to killing three women in cold blood last year.
Mr Sid Ahmed Rezala (20) is under arrest in a Portuguese prison and is fighting extradition to France on charges of murdering two French women and a young British student.
