Four men will appear in court later today charged in connection with the attempted murder of a man in Co Antrim at the weekend.
A 30-year-old man remains in a serious condition in hospital after he was attacked at about 1am on Sunday.
He sustained serious head injuries when he was beaten by five men near the Town Hall in Linenhall Street, Ballymena at 1am.
Four men, aged 21, 20, 19 and 17 years are to appear at Antrim Magistrates Court.
