Four men have been charged in connection with large-scale burglaries of homes and businesses in south Dublin

Four men have been charged in connection with large-scale burglaries of homes and businesses in south Dublin. The four men from Romania, with addresses on the North Circular Road, were brought before Dublin District Court yesterday.

Stanescu Rostas (32) is accused of eight burglaries at Lansdowne Park, Northumberland Road and Pembroke Street. Judge John O’Neill refused bail. Bail was granted to Radu Rostas (24), charged in connection with six burglaries at Pembroke Street, to Viorel Horvat (22), charged with burglary and criminal damage in Killiney and with burglary at Adelaide Road, and to Rudi Rostas (34), charged with burglary at Upper Pembroke Street.
