Gardaí have arrested four people in connection with a seizure of drugs, worth approximately €70,000, in north Dublin yesterday evening.

The three men and one woman were arrested after the planned raid of a flat in Ballybough.

They are being held in Store Street Garda station and can be detained for up to seven days under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act.

Two men arrested in south Dublin on Monday night after a discovery of heroin and mixing agent valued at €400,000 following a planned raid on a house, are to appear in court today

The men, one in his twenties and the other in his thirties, were detained following the raid in the Allenton area of Tallaght.
