Tirana - Mr Pandeli Majko (30), a former student leader who helped bring down Stalinist rule in Albania, was nominated to succeed Mr Fatos Nano as prime minister yesterday by his ruling Socialist Party. Mr Majko, Europe's youngest head of government, later had his nomination accepted by President Rexhep Meidani.
