The death has occurred in Dublin of the actress Judy Kemp, who was in her late 70s. She started her career as a ballerina in London and moved to Dublin when she married her late husband, the actor, Mr Stanley Illsley, and took parts in plays and pantomimes at the Olympia Theatre with which her husband had a long association through the Illsley McCabe partnership.
In recent years she taught drama in Greystones, Co Wicklow.
