The president of the Irish Football Association is taking a libel action over a newspaper article about his club, Cliftonville.

Mr Jimmy Boyce (52), who is also the Cliftonville chairman, is suing the Daily Telegraph in the High Court in Belfast over the article. The case was listed yesterday to start on November 17th. Mr Boyce began his association with Cliftonville as a ball boy at the age of six.
