The rearing, killing and consumption of pigs will be the focus of a food forum next month organised by Euro-toques Ireland, an organisation of chefs committed to quality food sourcing.

The Euro-toques National Food Forum Fair at Brooklodge, Co Wicklow, is being billed as a family event which takes “a serious look at how we treat and eat pigs. and is a celebration of the pig as a fantastic food animal”.
