Horizons, the international food and drink conference and exhibition, opens today at the RDS, Dublin.
The three day exhibition is organised by An Bord Bia, the State advisory body on the food industry.
Mr Michael Duffy, chief executive of An Bord Bia, said the event is designed to attract influential food and drink buyers to Ireland and give new Irish companies a platform to market their products.
