Five people were killed last night in a collision involving three cars in Wellsborough, near Market Bosworth, Leicestershire, just before 9 p.m., police said.
Two trapped people were released and taken to Leicester Royal Infirmary, said a spokesman for Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service. Leicestershire Ambulance Service said five people were pronounced dead at the scene on the B585 near Market Bosworth after an emergency call just before 9 p.m.
