MADRID - Spanish police arrested five people yesterday in the Basque country and transferred them to Madrid to face the High Court on charges of collaborating with Basque separatists, police sources said. Civil Guards arrested two men and a woman in San Sebastian, one man near Bilbao and another near Vizcaya.
