Ten fishermen appeared before Judge Liam McMenamin at a sitting of Killybegs District Court yesterday on charges under Section 15 of the Public Order Act.
The defendants, who are all from south Donegal, had their cases adjourned to the next sitting of Killybegs Court on April 17th. The charges relate to alleged violent behaviour at sea.
