Approximately £20,000 in damage was caused to electrical equipment on a fisheries protection vessel on Wednesday night in a boatyard at Carrigaline, Co Cork. The Bradan Beatha, which belongs to the Central Fisheries Board, is used in the protection of wild salmon.
