A fifth man was charged last night with the murder of off duty RUC constable Greg Taylor, who was kicked to death as he left a bar in Ballymoney, Co Antrim, last weekend.

Mr Daniel Stewart (30), an unemployed labourer, from Darvock, Co Antrim, appeared before a special sitting of North Antrim Magistrates Court in Coleraine, Co Derry. He has denied the charge.
