The Church Of Ireland rite will be celebrated in Finland this St Patrick's Day. Bishop John Neill of Cashel and Ossory will celebrate the Eucharist on Tuesday at the cathedral in Turku, where he and Canon Paul Colton from Dublin are representing the Church of Ireland at a meeting of churches which have signed the Porvoo Anglican-Lutheran agreement.

Along with Anglicans from Britain and Ireland, it will be attended by Lutherans from Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Finland, Lithuania and Estonia, representing over 378 million church members in all.
