WASHINGTON - FBI agents yesterday arrested seven West Virginia members or sympathisers of the so called Mountaineer Militia on charges of plotting to blow up the bureau's fingerprint records complex and transporting explosives. More than 100 law enforcement officers executed the arrests in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
