Father, son sent for trial

A FATHER and son accused of murdering a Dublin man whose body was found in a field last year have been returned for trial to the next sittings of the Central Criminal Court. Mr Joseph Delaney (52), of Newhall, Naas, Co Kildare, and Mr Scott Delaney (22), of Palmerstown Park, Palmerstown, Dublin, are accused of murdering Mr Mark Dwyer on December 14th. They are also charged with falsely imprisoning Mr Dwyer at Foster Terrace, Ballybough, Dublin, earlier that day.
