LONDON - A single father who could not cope with his crying baby put the fully clothed youngster in a bath of water and when he returned 10 minutes later found he had drowned, a court was told yesterday.
Mark Powell (31), of Thynne Street, West Bromwich, was jailed for three years after admitting the manslaughter of five month old Matthew.
