England fans may soon get a chance to vent their frustration on the ball that David Beckham sent sailing into the stands during the penalty shoot-out against Portugal in Euro 2004.

Canadian-based Internet casino Golden Palace.com has purchased the ball Beckham kicked high into the crowd in the 6-5 shoot-out defeat and the company plans to rent a stadium in England to give fans an opportunity to attempt their own penalty kick for charity.

"We're going to find a soccer stadium in the UK to let people kick the ball, maybe even against the Portuguese goalie, for charity," a Golden Palace spokesman told the Chicago Tribune.

The casino bought the ball on auction site eBay for €28,050.
