Family unhurt in Belfast gun attack

Shots were fired at a house in north Belfast last night as a family slept inside.

Shots were fired at a house in north Belfast last night as a family slept inside.

Two children - aged two and three - and four adults were uninjured after two shots were fired at the front door of their Brittons Parade home shortly after 2am. Minor damage was caused to the house and detectives are appealing for information. They have not yet identified a motive.
