A livestock exporter is to apply to the High Court on Monday for an order to restrain Pandoro Ltd from introducing on August 1st an export ban on all livestock on its ships.
The President of the High Court, Mr Justice Costello, yesterday gave permission to lawyers acting for Hinde Livestock Exports Ltd to serve Pandoro Ltd with notice of Monday's court application.
