ROME - An EU delegation will visit Tehran today to tell the Iranian government that the future of its controversial dialogue with the EU depends on a firm condemnation of terrorism, diplomats said yesterday.
They said the "troika" of senior officials from Italy, Spain and Ireland hoped to continue from Tehran to Tripoli though a visit to Libya, tentatively scheduled for tomorrow is not finalised.
