GENEVA - The European Union is to take China to task at the UN Human Rights Commission over its policies, notably in Tibet, after failing to win concessions from Beijing.
EU Foreign Ministers meeting last Friday in Turin gave the go ahead for presenting a draft EU resolution before the European Commission in Geneva this month.
