BARCELONA - The Basque terrorist organisation ETA is assumed to be responsible for the street killing yesterday of the brother of the former Socialist Justice Minister, Mr Enrique Mugica, as the prominent lawyer left his office at lunchtime in San Sebastian, writes Alex Scott from Barcelona.
Police were last night searching for the assassins of Mr Fernando Mugica, a member of the Socialist party in the Basque country, but who had long ceased to be an activist.
