The new Mexican ambassador to Ireland, Mr Daniel Dultzin Dubin, presented his credentials to the President, Mrs Robinson, at Aras an Uachtarain yesterday. The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Mr Gay Mitchell, attended the ceremony.

The ambassador was accompanied by Mr Jorge Rosas, first secretary and deputy head of mission, and Mr Fernando Estandia, commercial counsellor at the Mexican embassy.
