A 74 year-old woman has died in a house fire in Fermoy, County Cork.
The fire occurred at Thomas St in the town at 8.45pm last night.
The woman's body was removed to Cork University Hospital last night where a post mortem is due to take place today.
The scene of the fire is to undergo a technical examination by Gardaí today.
