An elderly couple were tied up by two men who broke into their home in Naas, Co Kildare, on Monday night. Gardai said the couple, in their 70s, were uninjured but suffering from shock after the incident.
The intruders got away with £100 and the couple's car. Gardai said the car was later recovered in Naas.
