Pharmaceutical company Elan this morning announced a number of changes to its board.
Dr Floyd Bloom, a neuroscientist, and Jeff Shames, a former CEO of a US investment firm, will join the board as non-executive directors on July 1st.
Dr Alan Gillespie and William Daniel are to step down from the board, although the latter will remain as Elan's company secretary.
