Eircell is to proceed with the recruitment of 14 staff members tomorrow despite a continuing dispute with the Civil and Public Services Union.
Talks at the Labour Relations Commission broke down at the weekend. The union is objecting to plans to recruit staff from outside Telecom Eireann, which owns Eircell.
A CPSU spokesman could not be reached for comment.
