It has come to my attention that some people involved in education believe that VEC teachers do not have access to the Labour Court. This is not the case.

I would like, through your letters column, to inform those among your readers who are interested in this matter that they may obtain both informative and explanatory booklets from the Labour Court and from the Department of Enterprise and Employment. Yours,
