News just in . . . later today, at 6.15 p.m., the National Association of Principals and Deputy Principals will be officially launched by Micheal Martin, the Minister for Education and Science, in the National Museum, Collins Barracks, Dublin. The association hopes to "provide a united voice nationally for all principals and deputy principals of second-level schools." President of the association is Shay Bannon, principal of Ard Scoil na mBraithre, Clonmel, Co Tipperary.
