Northern Ireland's 26 district councils are to get awards totalling £26 million from the European Regional Development Fund, the NIO Minister, Mr Adam Ingram, announced yesterday. The cash will god towards economic action plans drawn up by the councils. It will cover projects in tourism, business development and community economic development.
