AMSTERDAM Blondes in the Dutch city of Apeldoorn are being victimised by a gang of, teenage girls jealous of their good looks, a Dutch newspaper said on Thursday. According to De Telegraaf up to 20 girls aged between 14 and 19 were thought to be responsible for beating up other women all of them fair haired. Four girls were arrested.
