The Dublin man who was stabbed to death at his flat at Chamber Court on the south of the city early yesterday was named as Mr Stephen O'Grady (25). A man who was arrested in relation to the incident was released by gardai yesterday afternoon. A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
