Management software developer, BMC Software today announced it is to create 30 jobs in Dublin following the launch of its customer call centre.

The new positions will almost double BMC’s Irish operation to 70 employees. The new centre will provide customer support for internet sales and telemarketing, as well as handling general inquiries.

Last month BMC International announced a workforce reduction of seven per cent from its over 6,000 employees worldwide. No job cuts were required from its Irish operations.
