Dublin man on sex assault charge

A 20-year-old Dublin man accused of sexually assaulting an 87-year-old woman, who subsequently died, has been returned for trial to the present sittings of the Circuit Criminal Court. The man is accused of attempting to rape the woman at her north Dublin home, aggravated burglary and criminal damage on December 6th. He was remanded on continuing bail of Pounds 3,000.
