Two Dublin Fire Brigade crews were attacked by gangs of youths last night in separate incidents in  north Dublin.

Two Dublin Fire Brigade crews were attacked by gangs of youths last night in separate incidents in  north Dublin.

A gang of youths threw bottles at a fire crew in Ballymun as they attended a blaze. A fire truck was damaged in the incident.

In a second attack, members of the fire service had bottles thrown at them on the Malahide Road.

No crew members were injured in the attacks and there were no arrests.
