A brief power cut at Dublin Airport today has caused disruption to a number of services in the terminal.

Baggage carousels, check-in desks and catering facilities were understood to have been affected.

Some delays in departures are expected and passengers have been advised to contact their airlines.

However, a spokeswoman for the Irish Aviation Authority said the power outage had no impact on flights or radar services at the airport.
