A man in his 40s was arrested last night after drugs with an estimated street value of €950,000 were discovered during a planned search of a premises in Kilmurray, Enfield, Co Meath.

4 kilograms of heroin and 5 kilograms of cocaine were seized.

The man is being held at Leixlip Garda Station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996. Investigations are continuing.
