MORE than £100,000 worth of drugs was seized in two separate operations in Northern Ireland yesterday. In Newtownabbey, Co Antrim, ecstasy with an estimated value of £65,000 was recovered, although no arrests were made.
In Ballygowan, also in Co Antrim, a stolen car was stopped and £40,000 worth of cannabis was seized. Two people were detained.
