One of the biggest heroin dealers in north inner Dublin has left the city, an anti drugs meeting of 500 people in Sean MacDermott Street was told last night.

Mr Paddy Malone of the Inner City Organisations Network also told the crowd that the Eastern Health Board's mobile drug clinic is to operate in the area next week, providing the heroin substitute, methadone, for drug addicts.
