GARDAÍ IN Co Donegal are investigating a two-vehicle crash on Thursday night in which a 16-year-old male driver was killed.
According to gardaí, the crash, involving a car and a van, occurred at Moyle, Newtowncunningham, on the N13 road at about 9pm.
The driver, who was alone in the car, died at the scene. The driver and passenger of the van were taken to hospital. Their injuries are not believed to be serious.
The road was closed for a time yesterday for examination by gardaí.
