An Englishman accused of a double murder in Co Roscommon has been remanded back to a Galway court for a preliminary hearing of the case. Mr Mark Nash (23), originally from Leeds but with an address at Clonliffe Road, Dublin 3, is accused of murdering Mr Carl Doyle and Ms Catherine Doyle at Ballintubber on August 16th last. He is also accused of causing grievous bodily harm to Ms Sarah Jane Doyle on the same date.
