Donnybrook gardaí are appealing for witnesses to an armed raid on a security van on Mespil Road, Dublin 4, this afternoon.
Two men, believed to have been armed with a small knife and a gun, pulled up beside the van at 2.55 pm and demanded cash from the security employees.
The men made off in the direction of the canal on a red scrambler motorbike and with an undislosed sum of money.
