A Co Donegal man, Mr Patrick Granaghan (36), of Drumacrin Road, Bundoran, was further remanded to District Court on May 16th when he appeared yesterday at Ballyshannon District Court. He is charged with murdering a local schoolgirl, (13), at Ardfarna, Co Donegal, last Sunday.
Mr McMullin, solicitor, Judge Liam McMenamin he would no longer be representing the accused and that a Dublin coup of solicitors, Garrett Sheehan & Co, would be handling the case.
