London - Protesters have chained themselves 100 feet up a crane to halt work on the Millennium Dome in Greenwich. Nine activists, calling themselves Time Bomb, chained themselves to the 350ft crane and unfurled a banner which read: "Domesday Dome". The two women and seven men broke into the site at 5.30 a.m. yesterday and scaled the giant crane, which is being used to install the 12 masts needed to support the dome structure.
